After 25 years in the hospitality industry, I wanted a change. I found it by renovating empty homes in Rochester in need of TLC. And by focusing on people needing furnished housing for more than 30 days, I created my second career.

I grew up in Rochester and still love to call this area home. Everyone on our team lives locally so we can answer all your questions - and tell you where the nearest Wegmans is!

This area is part small town, part cool small city and is a true 4 season destination. All our properties are less than 10 minutes from Lake Ontario - and less than an hour from the Finger Lakes wine region. P.S.- Winters aren't that bad and we will keep your driveway plowed. You will love living in Rochester!
